We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's our straightforward approach to refunds and cancellations.
1. Overview
SkyyNest provides digital products and services, including educational courses, workshops, subscriptions, listing credits, and platform access. Because these products are delivered instantly and digitally, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect both our business and our users.
By purchasing any product or service from SkyyNest, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
All sales of digital products, including courses, workshops, guides, and downloadable materials, are final. Once you have accessed, downloaded, or viewed any portion of the content, no refunds will be issued.
Subscriptions to SkyyNest (monthly or yearly plans) are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be given.
Listing credits, posting access, or premium feature purchases are also non-refundable once activated or used.
3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
While our general policy is no refunds, we may make exceptions in the following cases:
a. Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
b. Billing Errors: If you can demonstrate that a charge was made in error (e.g., subscription charged after cancellation was confirmed), we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
c. Technical Issues: If a technical problem on our platform prevents you from accessing content you purchased and we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
d. Course Not Delivered: If you purchased a course or product and it was never made available to you due to an error on our end, we will provide a full refund.
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase to be considered.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SkyyNest subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@skyynest.com.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. However, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and have not accessed any paid features, courses, or premium content, we may issue a full refund at our discretion. Contact us immediately to request this.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, your account may be suspended or permanently banned from SkyyNest.
Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for small businesses. We encourage you to reach out to us first at contact@skyynest.com so we can resolve any issues directly.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions outlined above, please contact us at contact@skyynest.com with the following information:
• Your name and email address associated with your SkyyNest account
• Purchase date and transaction ID (if available)
• Detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
7. No Guarantee of Results
SkyyNest provides educational content and tools designed to help real estate investors learn and make informed decisions. However, we do not guarantee specific results, profits, or investment outcomes.
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with investment results, personal expectations, or changes of mind will not be honored. Real estate investing involves risk, and users are solely responsible for their decisions.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
SkyyNest reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify users via email or through a notice on the platform.
Your continued use of SkyyNest after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
