Our mission is to create a respectful, professional, and supportive environment where users can share knowledge, post legitimate opportunities, and build meaningful connections.

These Community Guidelines outline the standards we expect all users to uphold when interacting on the platform.

2. Be Respectful & Professional

Treat all users with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Disagreements are natural, but they should be handled constructively and without personal attacks.

Do not engage in harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Avoid using offensive, abusive, or vulgar language in comments, messages, listings, or any public-facing content on SkyyNest.

3. Be Honest & Accurate

Do not post fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information, especially in property listings, investment opportunities, or educational content.

Do not impersonate another person, company, or entity. You must represent yourself truthfully.

Do not make false claims about properties, deals, returns, or investment outcomes. Misrepresentation can harm other investors and may violate the law.

4. No Spam or Excessive Self-Promotion

Do not spam the platform with repetitive or irrelevant content, excessive promotional material, or unsolicited advertisements.

You may share your services, courses, or business in appropriate contexts, but do not flood the community with promotional messages or manipulate the platform for advertising purposes.

Do not send unsolicited private messages or emails to other users for the purpose of selling unrelated services or products.

5. Post Only Legitimate Listings

If you are posting a property, wholesale assignment, or investment opportunity, you must have the legal right to do so. This means you must be the property owner, hold an assignable purchase contract, or be authorized to publicly advertise the property.

Do not post properties you do not own or control. Do not copy another investor's listing without permission. Do not upload unauthorized MLS data unless you have explicit rights to do so.

Listings that are fake, misleading, or posted without authorization will be removed, and repeat offenders will be banned.

6. No Illegal or Unethical Activity

Do not use SkyyNest to engage in or promote illegal activity, including but not limited to fraudulent wholesaling, unlicensed brokerage, money laundering, or tax evasion schemes.

Do not post content that violates local, state, or federal real estate laws. This includes unauthorized assignment of contracts in states where it is prohibited, misrepresentation of property ownership, or deceptive marketing practices.

SkyyNest is not responsible for monitoring compliance with all real estate regulations, but we will remove content and ban users who engage in clearly illegal or unethical behavior.

7. Respect Privacy & Security

Do not share another user's personal information (name, phone number, email, address) without their consent.

Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or exploit the platform in any way. Do not use bots, automated scripts, or other tools to manipulate SkyyNest's features or data.

Report any security vulnerabilities to contact@skyynest.com rather than exploiting them.

8. Respect Intellectual Property

Do not upload, share, or distribute copyrighted material (images, videos, documents, courses) that you do not own or have permission to use.

Do not copy, reproduce, or resell SkyyNest's educational content, tools, or platform features.

9. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it immediately using the platform's reporting tools or by contacting us at contact@skyynest.com.

Provide as much detail as possible, including links, screenshots, or descriptions of the violation.

We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.

10. Consequences of Violations

SkyyNest reserves the right to enforce these Community Guidelines at its discretion. Violations may result in:

• Warning: A formal notice that your behavior violates our guidelines.

• Content Removal: Deletion of listings, comments, or posts that violate the rules.

• Temporary Suspension: Temporary loss of access to your account and platform features.

• Permanent Ban: Permanent termination of your account and removal from the platform.

Serious violations (such as fraud, harassment, or illegal activity) may result in immediate and permanent bans without prior warning.

11. SkyyNest's Right to Moderate

SkyyNest is not obligated to monitor all user content, but we reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content at any time for any reason.

We may also update these Community Guidelines as needed to reflect changes in our platform, user behavior, or legal requirements.

By using SkyyNest, you agree to abide by these guidelines and accept that violations may result in consequences.
